Pale straw-yellow in colour with hints of gold. A fine and brilliant sparkle hangs delicately on bubbles the side of the glass. Good intense and complex aromas on the nose, evolving into ripe apple, followed by good feel of citrus and an elegant note of dried fruits and biscuit from long contact with the yeast sediment. The palate starts soft and elegant and continues into a lively, crisp, refreshing acidity. The finish is full, fruity and complex.
