This Brut is the result of investing all our experience gained in the cellar on the development of new fermentation techniques. Working with our own yeasts and at very low temperatures, contact between yeast and must is more intense and special aromas and tastes are produced. Straw yellow in colour with tones of green. A good mousse. Hint of sweetness on the palate with predominant ageing aromas.
