Tasting note
Pale cherry colour with light copper tones. Highly bright. A well developed bubble, small and constant. It has a complex bouquet of aging, harmonized with elegant wild fruits shade and delicate tannins. In mouth it comes in powerful and it is really tasty. With a right point of acidity, it keeps a perfect balance until the end of its permanence in the palate.
