Tasting note
Elaborated with wines that reached the first fermentation at 15ºC and that with a singular coupage, emphasize the fruity grape varietal peculiarities. Straw yellow colour, with pale green brightness. Fine and constant bubbles. Full of primary, fruity (apple, peach and pineapple) and tightly-knit bouquet. Soft and light in mouth, with intensity and freshness. It is suitable to have it alone or as aperitif and with light meals.
