Vinya del Vuit is een wijn uit Priorat

Vinya del Vuit is een elegante, evenwichtige rode wijn. Zwart fruit, prachtige geur van aarde, mineralen, bloemblaadjes, mooie tannines en een lange aangename afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, wild, ossehaas, geroosterd/gegrild vlees, jamon en harde kazen. 
Goed op dronk, maar kan zich tenminste tot 2021 nog verder ontwikkelen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Vinya del Vuit is 16°C.

"I suspect 2010 might be the best vintage so far for the serious La Vinya del Vuit, a limited-production red for an extremely old vineyard in Priorat produced by a group of eight friends. This is a quite warm vineyard in Gratallops that took very well a vintage like 2010 and shows very good balance between power and freshness, it has concentration while keeping the freshness. It's very earthy, mineral, penetrating and long. A superb classical, Priorat not showing any makeup or oenological tricks other than the earth where the vines grow. Superb! 3,000 bottles.

This is a small project belonging to eight friends (La Vinya del Vuit mans the vineyard of the eight in Catalan), most notably Sara Perez, René Barbier and Ester Nin. Only one wine is produced per vintage and the label changes every year. They seem to have been tuning the winemaking with each harvest, and 2010 could very well be their best vintage to date."
