Torres Reserva Real heeft 18 maanden gerijpt op Frans eikenhout en is een complexe, elegante rode wijn. Aroma's van rijp fruit, eikenhout en een vleugje kruiden. Verder heeft de wijn goed geïntegreerde tannines en een smakelijke afdronk.

Goede combinatie met rood vlees, wild, boeuf bourguignon, paté, jamón en harde kazen. Mooi op dronk. De optimale drinktemperatuur voor deze wijn is 16°C.

"The new flagship is called Reserva Real, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, sourced from the Les Arnes vineyard in Penedes. The wine is typically aged for 18 months in new French oak. The 2006 Reserva Real sports an alluring bouquet of sandalwood, exotic spices, violets, herbs, cassis, and blackberry. In the glass, it opens to reveal exceptional depth, complexity, and balance with layered, spicy, succulent black fruit flavors. Reminiscent of a top Bordeaux classified growth, it is likely to evolve for another 10 years and have a lifespan of over 30 years.
