Mas Polit Clot D Illa heeft houtrijping gehad. 
Goed toegankelijke rode wijn. Rode bessen, aardbeien. gedroogde vijgen, karamel, subtiele tannines en een smakelijke afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rundvlees, lam, stoofschotels, wild, ossehaas, geroosterd/gegrild vlees, jamon en harde kazen. 
Slechts 3400 flessen geproduceerd
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Mas Polit Clot D Illa is 16°C.  

TASTING NOTE:
Violet and dark garnet colors with considerable consistency.
Nose includes fruits like dried figs or red berries of the forest, but also leaves some aromas coming from the barrel, as guitar wood varnish.
Taste is light and easy to drink with strawberry caramel notes and other fruits that we find with more intensity than in the nose. It is a wine to enjoy it now, so we appreciate all the fruit in his youth.
