 "A blend of Pinot Noir with 15% Monastrell, the 2016 Microcosmos Rosé is a brut nature that matured in bottle with the lees for no less than 24 months after the second fermentation. It has a subtle and elegant profile with good acidity and is not masked by any sweetness, with abundant and nice bubbles (it seems like Pinot Noir is very good for that) and a clean, dry and tasty finish. This is one of the few rosé sparkling wines with no added sugar; it has a more serious profile and is more for the table than just an aperitif. 13,000 bottles produced."
