Dominio de tares Cepas viejas magnum is afkomstig van meer dan 60 jaar oude wijnstokken.
12 maanden gerijpt op Frans en Amerikaans eiken.
Complexe, romige wijn. Rood fruit, koffie, "roasted tones", soepele tannines en een lange afdronk.
Op dronk, maar kan zich tenminste tot 2019 nog verder ontwikkelen.
Uitstekende combinatie met rood en wit vlees, pasta, jamon en harde kaas.

"After some ups and downs, the 2016 Cepas Viejas seems to be recovering the quality of yesteryear. The oak is much better integrated, the fruit is at the forefront, the aromas are clean and the texture is fine, with round tannins and very tasty flavors. It's good to see this wine coming back to what it once was. 120,000 bottles produced."
