"The 2010 Chardonnay Brut Nature Reserva Especial was in contact with the lees in the bottle for 48 months. It has the volume of Chardonnay, but the nose has less character than the wines produced with the local grapes. Still quite yeasty, it has sharp acidity that would make it ideal with light food, smoked salmon and some seafood. 20,000 bottles.
