The Wine Advocate: 
"There are three single vineyard and one blend in the new Ars Collecta series, which unfortunately feel quite similar given the high dosage of 12 grams of sugar. The 2007 Ars Collecta Finca El Tros Nou Gran Reserva is produced with Pinot Noir from a small plot; it aged for no less than 50 months in bottle (I guess more). There are some mushroomy aromas, hints of smoke and yeasts, and the palate is only off dry with a creamy texture and good acidity. "
