Zijn enorme inzet, perfectionisme en passie vertalen zich in deze exclusieve en unieke topwijnen. Wijnen met veel structuur en evenwicht en bovenal wijnen met een ziel! Zonder meer behorend tot de allergrootste Rioja's met als beroemdste voorbeeld de Contador (2004 en 2005: 100 parkerpunten). De Predicador is één van de nieuwere wijnen van Benjamin Romeo: een betaalbaar alternatief voor Contador, met eveneens hoge scores. Parker: “There is no doubt that Benjamin Romeo is a perfectionist when it comes to winemaking. He worked at Artadi between 1985 and 2000, and now has his own small project where he makes limited quantities of super-expensive, but also high quality, limited production Rioja.” Wine Advocate: "The 2006 Predicador was aged for 19 months in seasoned oak. Dark ruby-colored, the nose has a slightly roasted character with aromas of cedar, mineral, scorched earth, violets, and blackberry.
