14.0% vol. 89 Penin punten. Prachtige, strogele, droge wijn. Grapefruit, bloemen, mooie afdronk. Goede balans tussen zuurgraad en alcohol. Ook mooi als apéritief. Een van onze favorieten. Goed te combineren met vismaaltijden, schaaldieren en asperges. Serveren tussen 10-12°C. Etim tops Spanish Whites tasting - 10/05/2007: The delicious Etim Blanco top scored in Julia Harding MW's recent notes from a tasting of Spanish white wines. This white garnacha won her favour and a score of 17.5/20. Julia said: "Oaky, smoky slightly reductive notes at first. A touch of grapefruit and lemon zest. More obviously oaky on the palate but not overdone, savoury and a little toasty. Beautifully balanced. Fresh and mouthwatering length. Part fermented in French oak and part aged on lees. Arrow-like yet dense. Very long and moreish. 13.5%" | |
